Lethal Weapon season 3 episode 10 return date hopes for Fox series

The unfortunate news for many out there who do love this show is that tonight marks the final installment of 2018 … not that this should really be all that much of a shock to anyone. A lot of networks do love to end the first part of their season with a holiday episode and this just seems to be another fine example of it. Lethal Weapon is going to have a few weeks off and our hope is that, over the course of that break, a lot of people out there can soak in the opportunity to sit back, relax, and either watch or re-watch some episodes leading into the new year.
As for when the series will return, as of right now the Futon Critic is reporting that the winter premiere will be on January 1. That’s a rather-risky premiere date for the series for a number of different reasons. first and foremost, we’re not ever going to sit here and say that January 1 is the ideal return date for any series when it’s not. Really, this is the sort of return date you should cower in fear of because it’s a holiday! People are off doing other things. Beyond just that, this return date is somewhat-problematic given the fact that this is also when there are going to be a number of big college football games on the air that could interfere. There are a number of problems that we could see coming up down the road here ratings-wise — but you could say that this season is in a big of a ratings crisis regardless.
After all, just remember that Lethal Weapon, at least for the time being, is not exactly drawing tremendous ratings. While it has been pacing slightly ahead of its fellow Tuesday-night series The Gifted, that’s really all that it has going for it at this particular moment in time. It’s not faring better than some of Fox’s other shows and because of that and that alone, you do have to consider it on the bubble. There are still six more episodes for season 3, but after that, this could be it. After all, the fate of series star Damon Wayans is also still up in the air.
