Law & Order: SVU season 20 episode 7: Sasha Alexander to appear

The producers for Law & Order: SVU have been very kind this season handing out details for upcoming episodes. Hence, us already getting a chance to learn about season 20 episode 7. The title for this installment is “Caretaker,” and based on early details alone, it seems to be especially harrowing. It’s a horrific crime that could lead into a number of other complications.

One thing that is worth noting about this episode in advance is that we’re getting an especially notable guest star in Sasha Alexander! The Rizzoli & Isles and NCIS alum will be appearing here in the character of Anne Mill; while there are not any more details available about the character just yet, you can see the SVU season 20 episode 7 synopsis below for more information about the story itself:

11/01/2018 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Thursday) : The cops wrestle with an unthinkable crime when a family is murdered in their sleep. Starring Mariska Hargitay, Ice T, Kelli Giddish, Peter Scanavino and Philip Winchester. Guest starring Sasha Alexander (Anne Mill), Sandrine Holt (Lisa Abernathy), Soleidy Mendez (Delores Alverez), Gary Basaraba (Billy O’Boyle), Johanna Tolentino (Ximena) and Scott Bryce (Bill Schwartz). For Alexander fans, this role should be especially exciting given that she’s been somewhat under-the-radar, at least in terms of TV roles, since wrapping up her time on Shameless and Rizzoli & Isles. She has appeared in some features, and we hope that this leads to her having even more of a TV presence in the future. We’re always going to cross our fingers for a Rizzoli & Isles movie, even if there isn’t all that much evidence of it happening at the moment.

Hopefully, there will be a little bit more information about this episode as we get closer to it airing. After all, November 1 is still a good ways away and the network may be taking their time to unspool key information.
