Bull season 3 episode 3 sneak peeks: The details behind ‘Excessive Force’
This is going to be at the center of Monday’s episode following a police officer killing an unarmed man, and the sneak peek that we have for you below reveals that TAC may be divided over how they fit into the case. Danny James appears to be very much against the idea of assisting the police or the officer, and she makes good points — including that the officer has the training and therefore should know how to deescalate a situation beyond just going for a firearm. In this situation, that didn’t seem to happen … though we also must recognize that we don’t necessarily have all of the facts here.

In getting back to the case-of-the-week storyline now, the Bull season 3 episode 3 synopsis that we have for you below does offers up a few more details on what you can expect to see:
Bull and the TAC team are at the center of a federal civil suit dividing the city when they consult for the NYPD on the defense of a police officer accused of excessive force in the shooting of an unarmed man. As they aim to select jurors who will focus on the shooting’s circumstances, the social politics surrounding the case create tension within their own ranks.
If the goal for Bull season 3 is to continue to dive into these characters and their thought processes, this does appear to be a wise choice for a case. It is a way to generate conflict within the team on a subject that does this very thing in the real world. So long as the characters offer up a nuanced discussion with a variety of viewpoints, we feel confident that the writers can pull off this subject matter in an engaging way that may even facilitate some discussions between friends and family after the episode airs.
