Insecure season 4 premiere date hopes for Issa Rae – HBO series

We should, as always, start off this argue with some more news on the show’s renewal status. You probably weren’t worried about the future here, and you really shouldn’t be given that HBO has already given the Issa Rae series another batch of episodes! This is a series that the network clearly loves, and for good reason. While its live+same-day ratings are not necessarily through the roof, Insecure absolutely does still remain a social-media phenomenon and there are absolutely a number of people out there who check out the show after the fact via DVR or HBO GO / HBO NOW. We do really think that this is the sort of show that will probably stick around however long Rae wants to keep telling some of these stories.

As for when the fourth season will premiere, at the moment we would lean towards the show coming back on the air in the summer of next year, at least in the event that it continues to operate under the schedule that it has the past year or so. It is possible, though, that there could be a longer wait, just because HBO does tend to schedule shows based on both their own needs and also those of some of their creators. They do want to do everything in their power to make sure that every episode of a show like Insecure is the best that it can be … even if you gotta wait a little bit longer in order to see it.
