The Good Cop season 2 renewal: Could it happen at Netflix?
After all, this is a show that is probably going to be perfect for a number of viewers out there who like good cop shows with a comedic twist. It’s got a great cast led by Tony Danza and Josh Groban. Beyond that, it comes from Andy Breckman, the creative genius behind USA’s Monk — one of our favorite cop shows of all time. We haven’t had a chance to dive into episodes just yet, but we’re looking forward to that come tomorrow morning when they are available.

So do we think that it’s going to get a season 2? We’re fairly optimistic — provided of course that viewers find it. The most complicated thing about most Netflix shows these days is just the sheer number of them that exist out there. It’s extremely competitive and because of that, it can be tough sometimes to find a way to stand out in the midst of the crowd. You have to find a way to pop and that’s not an easy thing to do these days.
