Lodge 49 episode 6 preview: The Lodge’s secrets; Dud’s new job
At the end of Monday night’s new episode, he and his sister Liz got into a pretty-epic argument over what happened to their father, and beyond that her sentiment that her entire life was constant garbage and she spent much of it having to take care of him. She didn’t want that anymore, and we think there is probably some truth to what Dud said that she may not want to live anymore. He needs to help her, and maybe this is the incentive that he needs to go out there and really hit the job market again — also, he kind of needs to after seeing his relationship with Gloria completely fall apart at the end of this past episode. On some level, he has to realize that he cannot just go back to that again.
Below, the Lodge 49 episode 6 synopsis offers up a little bit more news as to what lies ahead — and, to go along with it, some of what also lies ahead for Ernie now that he is moving up in Lodge leadership:
Larry divulges the secrets of the Lodge to Ernie, while Dud’s new night security job leads him to an unusual discovery.
Just how important are these secrets? Could they be contributing to some of Larry’s own mental decay? It’s clear that there are some strange things that are going on in this man’s head. Yet, at the same time we also do wonder whether or not Ernie should really believe anything that he is told here, given the fact that Larry is someone who is certainly outlandish at this point.
Yet, after finding a preserved body within the walls of the lodge, we do certainly also think that just about anything is possible.
