Floribama Shore season 2 episode 6 video: Did Gus go too far with Candace?
Also, it doesn’t really look as though Candace is getting all that much of a break from some of the drama in the house. It wasn’t all that long ago when she was having to deal with Codi and some of his comments; now, it’s looking like Gus crossed a serious line in the midst of an argument. He and Candace are in the midst of a squabble in the new sneak preview below, and in the middle of that, Gus decides that he wants to tell her that she doesn’t “deserve” to be called a woman. As you would imagine, this does not go over all that well. While the preview doesn’t end with a screaming fight, we do have a sense that this is the sort of thing that could easily boil over and cause some serious problems for pretty much everyone down the line.
If we had to project a character arc for this episode, it would be to say that at some point by the end of this, we end up seeing Gus apologize so that everyone can start to figure out a way to move forward and feel better at the very end of it. Floribama Shore is one of those series where, at the end of the day, these people still have to live together. It’s because of this that we don’t foresee there being any significant issues that last a long time — at least when it comes to a fight in the house of this magnitude.
Yet, remember this — there’s a difference between Gus and Candace resolving their dispute and then Candace forgetting about it altogether.
