Chicago PD season 6 behind the scenes: See Jesse Lee Soffer photo!
The post on Instagram below is coming via series star Jesse Lee Soffer, and it shares a fun little moment with him and Patrick John Flueger (Adam Ruzek). Unfortunately, we don’t think that this is a part of a Jay – Adam scene that is canon for the show … though that would certainly be fun too!
What do we think could be coming up for them in season 6? We like to think that this could be a season about each one of them really trying to figure out what’s next in their lives. After all, they could certainly benefit from seeing if they can find some sort of stable relationships or try to move up the career ladder a little bit. They’ve both done some great, tireless work with Intelligence, so it feels like the right time for the two of them to start to advance further in their careers.
Of course, this is where we will continue our ongoing streak of rooting for something big between Ruzek and Burgess. It feels like it’s time and it’s something everyone within the CarterMatt family has been cheering to see happen. While this isn’t an overtly romantic show, it definitely feels like the time is right to have it happen.
Remember now that Chicago PD season 6 is going to be premiering on NBC this September, where it will be a part of a lineup that includes Chicago Fire and Chicago Med.
