The 100 season 5 episode 12 spoilers: The two-part finale begins

The 100

Are you ready for The 100 season 5 episode 12? We know that, at least in theory, you don’t have to be for a little while. This episode doesn’t air, after all, until you get around to July 31. Nonetheless, it doesn’t hurt to start thinking about it in advance. This is an episode that is going to lead directly into an epic season finale, one that could contain a great deal of bloodshed and also pain, suffering, and many more surprises. By the end of the finale it’s possible that we will be looking at a world that is very much different than any that was there before it. Given that this is a series that has never been shy when it comes to killing people off, we imagine that the same can be anticipated here.

In the event you want some more news when it comes to the story ahead, we suggest that you check out The 100 season 5 episode 12 synopsis below:

SEASON FINALE PART ONE – In part one of the fifth season finale, Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) leads her people into war. While behind enemy lines, our heroes must overcome their differences to save Wonkru from extinction. Eliza Taylor, Bob Morley, Paige Turco, Henry Ian Cusick, Marie Avgeropoulos, Lindsey Morgan, Richard Harmon, Chris Larkin and Tasya Teles also star. Dean White directed the episode written by Justine Juel Gillmer (#512). Original airdate 7/31/2018.

Ultimately, throughout this episode we’re going to see Octavia in a prominent position and most of our heroes, at least seemingly, all working together with a common goal. It’s a noble one, and potentially all of this is going to suggest that there is a hopeful tone through the end of the story. Whether or not this is true remains to be seen, but for right now we are crossing our fingers.

At least we know that The 100 doesn’t necessarily need to establish a firm sense of closure here, mostly due to the fact that this is not meant to be the series finale coming up this summer — there’s at least one more season on the other side, though we do think that the end for this show is probably coming sooner rather than alter.
