Queen of the South season 3 episode 5 preview: Teresa’s winery under attack

In preview Queen of the South last week, one of the things we said in regards to the series’ future was rather simple: Just because Teresa has gotten away to Phoenix to start over doesn’t mean she will be able to. We’ve seen with this series time and time again over the years that no matter where you go, there is always going to be someone who manages to find you when you’ve got the history that she does.

Next week on Queen of the South season 3 episode 5, there is going to be a chance to see this actually play out. Teresa will do her part in order to ensure that her winery is stable, but the problem is that someone is going to come around with other plans. She’s going to need a little bit of help, and she may find that, in turn, via an unexpected source.

An old enemy lays siege to Teresa’s new Phoenix winery, and in defending her business she finds passion with an old friend.

The deeper that we get into Queen of the South season 3, the more that we are anticipating that there are going to be a few different twists that we’ve got a chance to see in the story. We’ve got a feeling that there will be a number of different reveals coming up that we don’t see coming, and we hardly think that even after Teresa’s “passion with an old friend” that she is going to be okay.

Granted, isn’t peril what we really want out of this series? One of the biggest reasons to watch it is to find yourself completely on the edge of your seat week after week, wanting to see whatever lies ahead.
