Quantico season 3 episode 3 preview: The story of ‘Hell’s Gate’

What’s coming up on Quantico season 3 episode 3? The installment coming up carries with it the title of “Hell’s Gate” and our simple hope here is that this episode gives everyone a chance to work together even more than we have seen to date. While we’ve enjoyed these first two episodes, the more that we can get the entire crew together with a unified goal and a case, the stronger that Quantico is going to be. The cases at this point need to be not only interesting/exciting, but also relevant. We hate to think in terms of the business side of TV first, but right now Quantico needs buzz. Its ratings for the premiere episode were not exactly great and with that, it needs to find a way to generate some other attention.

The team must protect an ex-CIA agent to take down a cartel kingpin, an assignment that puts all of their lives in danger.

ABC isn’t exactly giving a whole lot away when it comes to this episode in advance but we do think that they’ve at least done a good job of explaining the base premise of it. You’ve got a centralized mission and high stakes — which should be obvious thanks to the fact that everyone is in danger.

The promo below adds a little bit of something more in terms of drama into the mix, showing some conflicts between relationships but also the amount of danger that the team is going to be in by the end of the hour. If you love Quantico when it is at its most dramatic, there is a pretty good chance that you’re going to get plenty of that here.
