NCIS: New Orleans season 4 finale spoilers: Tom Arnold, more returning

NCIS: New Orleans season 4 finale

The NCIS: New Orleans season 4 finale is going to be the second hour of a two-hour event airing on CBS come Tuesday, May 15 — based on what we’re hearing about it, Pride’s entire future is going to be in jeopardy.

For most of the season, we’ve heard many a whisper that there is someone in Washington desperate to take Dwayne Pride down a peg. While he’s been able to withstand much of the internal investigations into his work to date, there could still be a few other issues coming his way at the season’s end. Basically, his job is in jeopardy and he’s going to need some help from some familiar faces in order to ensure his safety. That includes Elvis, Sydney, and some other familiar faces. This episode should, as a whole, is going to serve as a means to both resolve the story of the season and then also bring back some returning faces from the past few seasons.

Want to know a little more news as to what’s ahead … at least in the form of specifics? Then take a look at the NCIS: New Orleans season 4 finale synopsis below:

“Checkmate, Part I” and “Checkmate, Part II” – Pride (Scott Bakula) assembles an off-the-books team with hacker Elvis Bertrand (Tom Arnold), retired Green Beret Sydney Halliday (Riann Steele) journalist Oliver Crane (Mark Gessner) and attorney Elliott Newman (John Cothran, Jr.), to search for a loophole when he faces a grand jury indictment for abuse of power. Also, Pride’s newly formed and NCIS teams uncover a sinister plot during the New Orleans Tricentennial Fleet Week celebration. 4th season finale.

Like the NCIS: Los Angeles finale that is airing next month, it feels almost like this should be an epic two-hour movie of sorts that ties together all sorts of great stories — and hopefully set up what is coming along the way. After all, the series has already been renewed for a fifth season.
