The title for this installment is “Six Short Stories About Magic,” and it certainly feels as though it’s going to be one of the most interesting hours of the entire season. If you’re looking for the ratings for the series to stay pretty constant week after week, we come bearing some really good news! last week’s episode ended up drawing a 0.3 in the 18-49 demographic, which is equal to the week before. It’s also matching the average that we saw for much of season 3 as a whole. So long as the show continues to perform in this sort of way, we’ve got every bit of confidence in the world that it could come back for another season. As a matter of fact, there’s almost zero reason to think that it won’t when you consider both the promotion the Syfy show gets and also some of its critical acclaim.

With just a handful of episodes left before The Magicians season 3 comes to a close (we’re past the halfway point), let’s just hope for some more exciting developments every step of the way from here on out.
