Young Sheldon episode 10 return date: When’s it back on CBS?
If you enjoy the Big Bang Theory prequel series, the good news is that you don’t have to wait all that long to get more installments. The series, starring Iain Armitage and Zoe Perry, is going to be back the same night as The Big Bang Theory proper on Thursday, January 4. It’ll also be returning with an episode that is one of the biggest shake-ups for the series creatively to date as Sheldon finds himself in a very different part of the state.
CarterMatt has for you the Young Sheldon episode 10 return date below:
“An Eagle Feather, a String Bean, and an Eskimo” – When Sheldon moves to Dallas to attend a school for gifted children, the family struggles to cope with his absence, on YOUNG SHELDON, Thursday, Jan. 4 (8:31-9:01 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
Is this going to be a twist that sticks? It’s hard to imagine it given that you wouldn’t need the rest of the family constantly around in the event that it did. The show would almost become a little more like a sitcom Harry Potter for smart kids living separate from their family.
Still, there could be something interesting to learn about Sheldon’s development in this episode. He’s going to be around many like-minded individuals for the first time in a rather long time, and beyond that he’s also going to have a chance to experience what it’s like not having his family around for constant support. This is a big contrast to what’s happened through the part of this season and we’re interested to see if he takes anything away from his time at this school and applies it back home.
As for the future of Young Sheldon beyond this episode, rest assured that the show isn’t going to be going anywhere in the near future. The ratings are strong and it seems like one of the shows on CBS that is a given to come back for another season in the fall of 2018.
