Shrek the Halls, Fans gleeful for Psych: The Movie, Kristen Wiig struggles with Hallelujah
The hardest part of this time of the year? The cliffhangers popular TV dramas offer viewers before taking a break over the holidays. A perfect example of keeping viewers on the edge of their seats was Law and Order: SVU on Wednesday. Returning in 2018, fans now wonder who kidnapped Benson’s son and what she will need to do to get him back. Almost makes you wish Christmas would hurry along as we have a real interesting angle for this show to pursue in 2018.
Shrek the Halls returns to ABC
If you like to see a jolly ogre, then Shrek the Halls is the perfect holiday program for you. This classic fairytale of holiday delight has become an annual tradition on ABC. Shrek hasn’t always been the holiday type of guy so a little coaxing from his friends and family shares the holiday spirit in a wonderful way. The young fans of Shrek love this special and they couldn’t be happier to see it airing again this year.
If green talking animation isn’t your thing as you prefer talking toys, not to worry. ABC will also be airing Toy Story That Time Forgot on Thursday night. Another classic holiday story, there is no doubt fans of Woody, BuzzLight Year and Mr Potato Head will be asking for a hot chocolate and settling down to enjoy the show.
Fans gleeful for Psych: The Movie
It has finally happened. The day after Psych (the TV show) ended, there were calls for a movie. After a couple of years, many pineapple drinks and a push by the TV viewers, it’s finally happened. Gus and Shawn will be solving a case on the USA Network in a movie format on Thursday night. It’s simply called Psych: The Movie.
Viewers are ecstatic this is happening, but mark my words, it’s not going to be enough. The fans of this show are going to be wanting more. Like a digital series more. Or another entire season more. Why? There was some great chemistry between the two lead characters and it seems to be everlasting. It’s a curse for the actors and a blessing for the viewers! Tonight we return to Shawn and Gus’ world to see what happens, but let’s all hope there is more.
Kristen Wiig struggles with Hallelujah
Kristen Wiig took to the stage of the Late, Late Show with James Corden on Wednesday night to sing Hallelujah. Well, technically, she sang everything, but that phrase in a skit that showcased her comedic chops. Getting the attention of the masses, it appears she has people laughing and angry (not the same person of course). From some of the viewing audience responses, it’s obvious Hallelujah has become a sacred song. Making fun of life is exactly what a comedian is meant to be doing, but some of us just wish she’d start singing as she has a great voice.
