Scorpion season 4 episode 9 spoilers: Escape from trash island

If you have any interest in seeing the members of Team Scorpion trying to take on a case in which an island of trash is the central story then Scorpion season 4 episode 9 is right up your alley! There’s an opportunity to see a fun case at the center of the hour, and also a chance to utilize Florence — the team’s new neighbor, a chemist who they had to come to some sort of agreement with at the end of this past episode after realizing that just being laud and causing a ruckus wasn’t going to work.

“It’s Raining Men (Of War)” – On Thanksgiving, Team Scorpion’s new neighbor, Florence (guest star Tina Majorino), joins them at sea on a mission to destroy a floating island of trash, but her flawed contribution leaves her, Walter and Happy stranded on the quickly dissolving island. Also, Toby works with Cabe to uncover the details of his father’s death that he has suppressed since he was a boy, on SCORPION, Monday, Nov. 20 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

We have a feeling that Florence is going to find herself getting to know Walter and Happy rather quickly given that they’ll be stuck in a very small amount of space together while the entirety of the island disappears under their feet.

Beyond the main storyline here there is clearly going to be a personal storyline for Toby that should prove interesting. We know that Eddie Kaye Thomas has been used often as comic relief and for whatever reason he’s also been forced to run around in either his underwear or a Speedo on a couple of occasions, as well. What makes this storyline so important is that it gives you an opportunity to see him more developed as a character overall, and it brings him back to his childhood and the person that he was long before he knew Happy or was a member of the team. It is important every now and then to hone back in on that person.
