Is Empire new tonight on Fox? What’s next for Terrence Howard, cast
Unfortunately, for the time being the series is going to keep you in the dark on the latest happenings for Lucious Lyon and company, at least for the next week and possibly longer. Due to Game 2 of the World Series there is no new episode airing tonight, and there may not be one next week if the showdown between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Houston Astros stretches outwards to seven games. If you love Empire and hate hiatuses, the best thing you can probably do is go ahead and root for the Dodgers to win given that they already have one victory under their belt.
If you do want to see what’s coming up when the show returns — regardless of when it airs — we suggest that you head over to the link here and check that story out. For the sake of this article, we want to share with you something that we haven’t showcased on the site before — details for the episode currently scheduled for November 8 entitled “Fortune Be Not Crost.” In the event that the World Series runs late, this episode may not air until the following week on November 15. Is it possible that this could be the midseason finale for the show? Maybe, but it hasn’t been promoted as such.
What we can tell you is that based on the synopsis below, we’re going to get a chance to
The Lyon family stands together as Anika and Hakeem begin a custody battle for Bella. Although they’re confident in Hakeem’s ability as a father, no one is prepared for the revelations her team brings to the trial. Meanwhile, Claudia grows more possessive over Lucious, who has unlocked a new way to understand music through his paintings. Also, Jamal introduces Warren to Lucious, Andre begins seeing a new therapist, and one of Becky’s old flames returns in the all-new “Fortune Be Not Crost” episode of EMPIRE airing Wednesday, Nov. 8 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (EMP-406) (TV-14 D, L, S, V)
Judging from what we’re going to see here it definitely appears as though there are some big stories coming up for characters across the board — more so than that, one of the things we are the most intrigued to get here is a chance to learn more about how this Claudia storyline ends — provided it does. We just assume that the show is not going to hold onto Demi Moore forever.
