Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 8: Premiere date, cast hopes
Unfortunately, at the moment there is no clear answer one way or another as to a specific premiere date. For the moment, we would advise that you follow the same pattern as some of the other recent seasons of the show on Bravo and go ahead and assume that it will be back at some point in November or December. This is a series that the network loves to air over the course of the holiday season, and for good reason given that it performs well there, and there isn’t too much on in the way of competition to slow it down in any way.
As for the cast, that’s the next great thing that you have to start to ponder. There are some people who we feel are locks to return like a Kyle Richards and a Lisa Vanderpump, just because they’re staples of the brand. Meanwhile, we think that Erika Girardi is getting to that point now where it’s hard to imagine the show without her. Beyond that, though, we do have some question marks around Eileen Davidson, Dorit Kemsley, and Lisa Rinna. Should they be back?
We don’t know anything about the future status of any of the cast members, but it feels like Dorit was certainly polarizing, and the whole PK storyline was way too much to digest and not exactly enjoyable at all. Meanwhile, the pattern for Lisa Rinna at the moment is pretty simple in that she will make some sort of ridiculous and outrageous remark during the season, and then most of the season trying to justify herself while everyone at home wonders why she chose to get involved in the first place. Last year, it was Yolanda Hadid and her Lyme disease. This time, she had Kim Richards in her crosshairs for a good while.
