‘DWTS’ final dance, ‘NCIS’ agent in love, Jimmy Smits on ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’
This week might have a holiday tone, but there are so many great shows on Tuesday night that it’s going to be impossible to put down the remote. Thankfully there aren’t very many reruns on this week. The best part? Fans get to see how the TV world celebrates Thanksgiving (and that includes turkey and all the fixings.)
Jimmy Smits on ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’
Jimmy Smits has always portrayed a cop. One of the central characters of “NYPD Blue” and also the 1980s legal drama “L.A. Law.” On Tuesday night he plays a retired cop on “Brooklyn Nine-Nine”. Smits plays Amy’s ex-cop father and has Jake focused on making a good impression when he comes to Thanksgiving dinner.
‘Dancing With the Stars’ sends another star home
Tonight on “Dancing With the Stars” hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews will reveal the winner of the season. There has been so many great moments, but last night the final cut had everyone sad. Country singer Jana Kramer was eliminated, leaving just three celebrities left competing for the mirror ball trophy. So who will win? My prediction is Laurie Hernandez will be crowned the winner. Watch the show on ABC Tuesday night to see if I’m right.
Which ‘NCIS’ agent is dating? Or is she in love?
On “NCIS” there appears to be a love link during Tuesday’s episode. Agent Bishop’s family comes to town and her brothers seem to be as curious to see who the agent is dating as we are. The teasers for the CBS show has her family quizzing Bishop’s coworkers to see who she might be dating. Of course, we won’t know until the episode tonight so tune in to see if there really is a love triangle. Catch my review of “NCIS” tonight right after the episode too!
And Finally… ‘The Ellen Show’ kicks off 12 Days of Giveaways
It’s happening! “The Ellen Show” has kicked off the 12 Days of Giveaways. I’m just going to say what everyone is thinking – I’m so jealous I don’t have tickets. I’ve tried for over four years to get tickets for this holiday seasonal giveaway. No luck. However, my friends, colleagues and even random strangers I’ve met have gone to a holiday show and had a fabulous time. No complaining from me though. It’s just wonderful to see their faces glow when they share their once-in-a-lifetime experience. Take a peek at the video clip (and if you got an extra ticket give me a call.)
