‘Scream Queens’ season 2, episode 6 preview: A Green Meanie reveal and more

The second season of “Scream Queens” to date is one that has given you a series of gradual revelations when it comes to not only our central villain the Green Meanie, but also many of their victims along the way. The show tries to balance out its trademark silliness with mythology, and maybe sometimes it’s frustrating simply because you want to know more in the now versus waiting for more down the road.

Luckily, next week’s new episode entitled “Blood Drive” could be a pretty fantastic source for some specific reveals. Not only that, but there is also going to be opportunities to see characters in unusual / unexpected places. Given Hester’s Hannibal Lecter tribute earlier this season, did you really think that we would get to the point where she was working with the hospital staff in any way? Yet, that is what we’re getting to at the moment.

Synopsis – “After an influx of patents at the C.U.R.E. institute, Dean Munsch and Chanel organize a blood drive to solve the hospital’s severe shortage. Meanwhile, Nurse Hoffel sets a plan of revenge in motion, Hester finds a way to join the hospital’s staff and a shocking revelation involving The Green Meanie.”

You gotta admire the attempt by Chanel and Munsch to help with a blood drive, but given that this is “Scream Queens,” we have a pretty good feeling that things are not exactly going to go accordingly to plan. There will probably be a surprise or two of the bloody variety … and we’re not talking about drawing blood from people.

Promo – Apparently, you’re going to be meeting a killer! That certainly would make for a big reveal, no? Also, apparently Hester is going to be getting bored, which is probably bad news for almost everyone around her.
