‘Secrets and Lies’ season 2, episode 8 preview: The search for Kate’s killer nears its end
The first thing that we should say in regards to the next new episode of “Secrets and Lies” on ABC is ultimately rather simple: You’re going to waiting still for a reasonably long time in order to see precisely what happens next.
“The Racket” is the title for the next new episode of the show, and this one is going to air on Sunday, November 27. Next week, ABC has the American Music Awards on the air, so you’ll have to take a little bit of a breather before you see Detective Cornell get closer to the end of her long-running investigation.
We’ve got a few more details below as to what is coming in “The Racket,” an episode that could be the most important installment of the season:
“Eric is stunned as one by one the dominoes fall around him, and the secrets surrounding the mysterious house at 8686 Mint Hill Drive are revealed. The circumstances force him to take drastic action in an attempt to stop the demise of SEG and his family. Meanwhile, Detective Cornell inches closer to finding Kate’s killer, and Eric enlists Danny’s help in unlocking Kate’s second iPad, and the information it provides leads him to THE very last person he expected.”
Can you really be that surprised that this episode potentially offers up a few more answers that you didn’t have before? You really shouldn’t be given where we are right now. The only thing that we hope for the time being is that this reveal is one that makes sense through the scope of the story we’ve seen so far.
Promo – A “family war” is apparently beginning, and a lot of that is going to stem from Patrick’s arrest and precisely what one man in particular is willing to do in order to cover their own hide. We’ll have to see precisely what happens as a result of all this.
