‘How to Get Away with Murder’ season 3, episode 5 video: Annalise arrives at AA

Thursday night’s new episode of “How to Get Away with Murder” is just about here, and as per usual, you can expect for the show to be EVENTFUL and then some. What else did you expect based on where we are in the show right now?

We’ve got a pair of sneak peeks for you below about “It’s About Frank,” and the first one comes with Annalise doing what she effectively needs to in the event that she wants to ensure she is spared of any future job trouble: Attending an Alcoholics’ Anonymous meeting. This was the one way for her to come across as more of a sympathetic figure following many of her actions, and was therefore the recourse recommended for her. Still, it certainly doesn’t look as though she is particularly happy to be in attendance here, and tries her best to balk at even saying her name.

The second sneak peek we’ve got is more of an indictment into seeing just how much all of these people lie to each other in new and creative ways. This one first starts with Laurel lying to Bonnie about where she is, only for Bonnie to then lie back to her about whether or not she’s seen Frank — all while she is standing right in front of him. Unfortunately, this sneak peeks ends right when Bonnie and Frank are closing in on each other, which leaves it up for interpretation as to if they’re going for the hug, the handshake, or … the kiss? You never quite know with this show.

The one thing we do know is that someone else is probably going to lie to Annalise by the end of the episode. That just seems to be the way of things right now.
