Is ‘Girl Meets World’ season 3, episode 13 new tonight? More upcoming stories

The bad news from last week remains the same bad news we have today: There is no new episode of “Girl Meets World” coming tonight on the Disney Channel. The series is still on a brief two-week hiatus, but it will be returning before too long to help continue along the pivotal story of season 3.

For the sake of this article, we figured we’d take a minute and peer into the future of the show. Eventually, we know that we’re building towards a finale that could function as a series finale, even if nobody really wants that to be the case.

Before that, we know that next week we have “Girl Meets the Great Lady of New York,” a story (named seemingly after the Statue of Liberty) that is meant to be a celebration of the vast diversity in the world. Following that, we have “Girl Meets She Don’t Like Me,” an episode that will be potentially about the truth that not everyone in the world will like you, even if you do want it to be so.

Beyond this, there is a good chance we’re going to get yet another “Girl Meets World: Of Terror” episodes during Halloween season; after all, we know that one was filmed, and these have become a little bit of an annual tradition. Meanwhile, there’s likely to also be another holiday special, given that we’ve had one in some way both of the first two seasons. (Last year, it was “Girl Meets the New Year,” which certainly still felt rather festive.)
