‘Mistresses’ season 4 spoilers: First look at penultimate episode

We’re starting to get to the end of “Mistresses” this season, and if we follow the pattern that we’ve seen on the past few seasons of the show, that means one thing more than anything else: We’re going to be seeing things get crazier and crazier as time goes on.

The penultimate episode of the season (and possibly the series, given that it has not been renewed as of yet) is entitled “Back to the Start,” and it is airing on Monday, September 5 a.k.a. Labor Day. We’ll see characters face huge decisions, cause further conflict, and set the stage for a crazy finale. We certainly don’t think that anything will be resolved here.

April – She has to figure out a way to break some enormous news to him, while at the same time he has learned some big news about his career.

Karen – The great news for her is that things with Adam could move to another level courtesy of him wanting to take a big step with her. The problem? Well, let’s just say that Lydia is going to still be around in some capacity — and she’s shown to be a major thorn in her side so far this season.

Joss – In turning over to her, let’s just say that things between the two of them are going to be still on a knife’s edge … but they could change when the full extent of everything that transpired with Scott becomes clear.
