‘Suits’ season 6, episode 7 preview: ‘Shake the Trees’ and stir the pot
There are different sorts of pot-stirring in the world: There’s the kind where you do it for splits and giggles (or a word that rhymes with splits, anyway), and then there are times when it’s necessary to get what you want. Within the world of “Suits” season 6, we tend to see more of the latter … unless we’re talking about Louis Litt. That dude’s got a giant wooden spoon somewhere that he loves to use at any opportunity possible.
Next week, we’re going to see Mike Ross do a little of the necessary pot-stirring for “Shake the Trees,” an episode title that we love for some reason. Maybe it’s because we’ve played too many video games where you do this and money comes out.
Anyway in terms of scoop, here’s what Mike is going to be up to: He still needs Kevin Miller on his side, and in order to make that happen, he may take harsher measures than you ever expected he would. Want more? Then read on…
Rachel – She’s working hard to free Leonard Bailey, and she’s got Jessica on her side. The noble intentions are there. However, intentions do not equal results. She may have to hand down some bad news to our resident death-row inmate. That bad news, more than likely, is the execution date.
Harvey – With the help of Donna and Louis (who has hopefully gotten over his obsession with wood by this point), he is going to look for what USA describes as a “missing link” to William Sutter and his supposed insider training. Can he find a way to turn Sutter in without implicating his daughter?
Surely, there will be more in this episode beyond these teasers, but somethings are better off unsaid. (This advice could also be shipped over to Louis when speaking about wood.)
Rest assured that before long, we’ll have a full review of Wednesday night’s “Suits” episode at this link. It’ll be worth the wait! Also, sign up over here to score some other TV news, sent your email inbox every week, courtesy of our CarterMatt Newsletter. (Photo: USA.)
