MTV’s ‘Scream’ season 2, episode 10 preview: ‘The Vanishing’ leads to Audrey, Emma, and a wedge
We know that “Scream” episode titles are really all just homages to various horror movies, but we have to admit that upon hearing the name “The Vanishing” as the title for the next new episode of the series, we are reminded more so of the Vanishing Point from “Legends of Tomorrow,” probably one of the cooler concepts that they introduced on that series.
Now, let’s get into what you can expect to see on this episode. Through the events of “The Orphanage,” we saw tension start to spike between Emma and Audrey. For those of you out there rooting for the two of them, we’ve got some bad news: The killer is going to continue to push them apart. Maybe this is the whole divide-and-conquer strategy, since segmenting off groups of people can be a fairly effective way sometimes to manipulate a situation, and get precisely what you want in the end.
Just in case you’re hunting down some other news from this episode…
1. Be prepare to see Maggie and Acosta in a tricky position, one where some of their past actions could have a direct relation to the present. the last thing they want to do is to see things come back to haunt them.
2. Noah clearly does care for Zoe, but there is a problem with that sometimes: If you have these sort of feelings, it becomes that much easier for someone to use them to hurt you.
