‘Doctor Who’ season 10 spoilers: Ralf Little cast in mystery role
The guest cast for “Doctor Who” season 10 continues to expand, and this time around, there is even more mystery than usual.
Per a report from Digital Spy, Ralf Little of “The Royle Family” fame is going to be appearing on the BBC sensation; not only that, but he recently began filming the part. Here’s the unfortunate part of it: There’s not too much news coming out about his role.
With some other shows, you may be able to take a little nugget like this and extrapolate it into something so much larger, but you really cannot do it here given that you are looking at a situation where there is an almost endless stream of possibilities as to what could be going on here. We’re going through time and space, after all!
What we do know is that Little is joining a group of performers for the show that of course include Peter Capaldi and new companion Pearl Mackie; we know already that Matt Lucas has also been brought back to reprise his former role, so there will be a further touch of familiar to the show.
For the time being, there are no plans to air any of season 10 until the new year. Of course, there is still a Christmas Special coming later this year, and the folks behind the scenes at the network are being about as tight-lipped on that as someone possibly can. Rest assured that we will have some further news about that and so much more as soon as we have them to report.
