‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 4, episode 7 video: Is a Cat – Vincent betrayal coming?

There are a handful of stories left to tell on “Beauty and the Beast” this season, and before the end someone at The CW apparently wants to rip out the hearts of Cat / Vincent fans everywhere. They want to have you worried about these characters’ future, and whether or not some of the decisions that they are making are the right ones.

In the video below, you can see the tension between the two of them at a boil over Vincent’s latest actions. We do think that Cat understands he was not of his own mind completely when he did the killing, but at the same time, it’s something that has huge ramifications on both her job and their future together. There’s no easy way to walk that back, and as a result of that he wants to go into hiding.

However, Cat seems to have a plan that could shake things up for the two of them in a big way. Our hope is that the promo, which features armed guards and a potentially huge betrayal, is misleading you to think that Cat is being them showing up. Isn’t it possible that their arrival is just a coincidence, and she had a different plan in mind? We think so, but she better get to explaining herself — and quickly — if she wants to prevent any damage from what is already a tricky relationship.

Here’s the unfortunate truth at the end of the day: The thought of these two getting a normal life back seems much more like a dream than a possible reality.
