‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 7, episode 6 video: Ghost story … or murder?

There’s something spooky in the air about Monday’s new “Rizzoli & Isles” episode. Specifically, it’s the idea that a ghost could have been involved in a murder.

Sure, there is a part of this case on paper that feels a little like one of the wackier murder-mystery shows, but are you going to be that upset about it? You shouldn’t be, since this sounds mostly like a good time. Jane enters the case with there being certainly proclamations on the paranormal, and she has to figure out where the truth lies within. It’s similar to the Beckett role on “Castle” after Rick proclaims that an invisible person / ninjas / Bigfoot are responsible for murder.

Sooner or later, she’ll probably figure it out. Hopefully, there’ll still be a few more twists and turns along the way.

As for what else is happening in the episode, Angela will help to encourage Frankie to spend some time with Kent and not avoid him. This may not be the most substantial subplot in the history of the show, but let’s see how it all plays out. This episode is entitled “There Be Ghosts,” and it may be designed with fun in mind to bridge you from some of the serious stuff early in the season to what is to come. This is the final season of the show, after all. We do anticipate things getting a little more deadly and dangerous before the end rolls around.
