Is ‘The Musketeers’ season 3, episode 3 new tonight on BBC One?
Tonight, the magical merry-go-round continues when it comes to “The Musketeers” season 3. It was just last week ago that we got our first episode in two weeks after a layoff, so of course we imagine that there were many people out there hoping to see some sort of consistency now.
Unfortunately, the bad news that we’ve got for you is that this weekend, it’s just not happening. There is no installment today; instead, episode 3 is going to air on Monday night as a part of a shakeup. The reason for the move this time around is because of football coverage, and clearly BBC One didn’t want to delay the rest of the season any further than they already have. It’s a bummer, but at least we’re not facing another two-week wait.
While you wait for more of the story to air, you might as well go ahead and check out the attached synopsis for at least a little more information regarding what you can expect in this upcoming story, provided that you haven’t seen it already:
“Under orders, the Musketeers defend Louis’s traitorous brother Gaston after he slaughters a band of veteran soldiers in a Paris tavern. The heartbroken owner, Christophe, demands justice – but the preoccupiedking welcomes his formerly exiled brother home with open arms. As tensions ignite and secrets spill, Treville crosses a dangerous line, and the Musketeers are forced to choose between their royal duty and fellow soldiers. Meanwhile, Feron and Grimaud spy a kindred spirit in Gaston.”
