‘The Originals’ season 3 spoilers: Show boss on enormous Klaus, Cami episode

There is a new episode of “The Originals” coming to The CW on Friday night, and it certainly feels as though there is one way to really describe it: Dramatic. Also, probably violent. At the core of this story is going to be Klaus doing almost everything that he can to find a way to heal Cami, even though that may not prove to be a particularly easy thing for him to do. It’s an all-hands-on-deck sort of situation, but even with this being a team effort, there are still times when someone is either too far gone, or there is just not a feasible way to ensure their safety.

Executive producer Michael Narducci is keeping relatively mum on this episode, but he did present a pretty compelling tease on what to expect in a new chat with TVLine:

“When she gets to [Klaus], he’s going to recruit his entire family to find a way to slow — if not stop or cure — the bite she’s now dying from. That’s really the heart of [the] episode, these two people who are in desperate straits. It’s going to be a powerful story about the connection between them.”

Ultimately, let’s just hope that this proves to be every bit as exciting of an episode as we want for it to be, but also, that Cami somehow makes it out of this alive. They’ve already “killed off” the character once this season already, so if they were to continue to do that, wouldn’t it just start to feel repetitive?
