‘Blue Bloods’ season 6, episode 21 video: Erin Reagan’s latest difficult decision

The first of the final two “Blue Bloods” episodes of the season airs on Friday night, and for this one in particular it looks like the character of Erin Reagan could be in the spotlight.

As the promo below makes it clear, Erin needs to secure a testimony from a witness to ensure that a case is closed. The problem here is one that likely exists for many people today, largely in that this witness is afraid to testify in fears that they could be harmed or killed as a result. She has to convince him otherwise, and that is clearly not an easy thing for her to do. They relent, and it seems like she may even need to force him to make it happen.

We hope that Erin does get what she wants out of this, but of course you always have to wonder about consequences. This is a show that does not often produce happy endings, and it chooses to keep things at least relatively gritty and truthful to the world that exists out there.

For those wondering about some other storylines coming up, Frank is going to be presented with a case to attend a union party, and of course there will be another investigation for Danny and Baez. The good news for Danny seems to be mostly that he’s still out on the street given what he went through with Thomas Wilder on the last new episode of the show. That was something that really was not set in stone going into this.
