‘Reign’ season 3, episode 11 video: Mary passes along a gift to Charles
It’s been an impossibly long break between “Reign” episodes, but the show is finally returning with new episodes on Monday night. Who’s excited? The one thing even more exciting than this is the news that the show is coming back for a fourth season. That makes matters a little bit easier and more digestible for us as a viewer this spring; we don’t have to sit around with some sort of panic in our mind that this is the end.
The sneak peek below is your first look at Monday night’s new episode “Succession,” and the preview gives you some more information regarding how Mary is preparing for a new Coronation for Charles. It’s a moment that brings to mind (sadly) what happened to Francis, but she luckily does still have a nice way to honor him. It’s a nice little scene, even if it does not necessarily offer up a whole lot of content as to how the story will conclude or where we will go after Coronation.
Since it’s been a while since we shared the synopsis for this episode, let’s go ahead and share that below for those of you who haven’t seen it yet:
“Mary (Adelaide Kane) must find a powerful suitor to align herself with as Charles’ (guest star Spencer MacPherson) impending Coronation looms. Lola (Anna Popplewell) stumbles upon the identity of Elizabeth’s (Rachel Skarsten) poisoner, while Catherine (Megan Follows) becomes a new kind of victim for the castle’s serial killer.”
As we get closer to this episode airing, rest assured that we’ll have some further news, including insight on what is coming up next.
