‘Devious Maids’ season 4 spoilers: First news on story ahead, Eva Longoria appearance

For those of you excited to see the June 6 premiere of “Devious Maids” on Lifetime, we come bearing some good news: A few more details when it comes to what you can anticipate seeing this time around! Executive producer Eva Longoria is going to appear in the premiere, and that should be a fun jumping-off point for all of the different stories that follow.

Today, what we’ve got for you is a quick synopsis for the season, which includes some career aspirations, relationships, and of course plenty of drama:

“This season, Marisol finds herself acting as a support system to Evelyn (Rebecca Wisocky) in the wake of a big life change. Meanwhile, Rosie’s positive and sunny disposition leaves much to be desired by her new boss, Genevieve (Susan Lucci) who is acclimating to a household without Zoila’s honest and acerbic humor. Carmen continues to pursue her singing career until her cousin Daniela (Sol Rodriguez) comes to town and shakes things up. Marisol also finds herself in a new relationship, which eventually becomes a complicated triangle when her old flame Jesse reappears.”

The only good news that we can argue is in here for these characters is that at least they don’t seem to have to worry as much this time around about some sort of murder plot. That was one of the key themes of the third season, and while we assume that something like this could still happen (anything can on this show), it really does not appear to be in the forefront of anything.
