‘Ink Master’ season 7, episode 6 preview: Sausage versus Matti Hixson … again

sausIf this season of “Ink Master” has felt at times like you are jumping into a time machine, there’s a significant reason why: The feud between Sausage and Matti Hixson still remains a significant part of the series. Sausage felt like Matti at times metaphorically beat up on him in their first season, and so far this time around, we have really seen Sausage do what he can to get revenge. He’s been more or less the most dominant contestant this season, and emerged victorious on both this past Flash Challenge and Elimination Challenge.

However, is it possible that the tables are turning next week, and Matti may be able to doll out some trouble on Sausage in a twist? The preview that aired after Tuesday night’s new episode seemed very keen to make that appear as though it is reality, but who knows? Maybe this is all a big misdirect to make us feel as though the show has some extra drama coming up.

We can say for certain that the Flash Challenge is going to revolve around doing some sort of truck art, and this is a challenge that Alex really needs to win more so than anyone else. He’s now been on the bottom several times, and was mostly aided in the showdown against St. Marq because he was working in his style.

Also, is this promo making it seem like Megan Jean wants out of the competition? There’s so little of that shown that it really could be a misdirect.
