‘Chicago Fire’ season 4 spoilers: Whose life could be in jeopardy?
It’s a little bit of a common theme on many different shows at the moment under the Dick Wolf banner: An episode where a character in one way or another witnesses jeopardy. The majority of the time, they make it out alive, though there are a few exceptions here and there. Also, the element of danger can often come in many forms. Sometimes, it’s a hostage crisis, whereas others it is a rescue mission.
For the upcoming April 5 episode of “Chicago Fire” entitled “On the Warpath,” it actually seems more like we’re seeing it in the form of a verbal confrontation. Brett finds herself in a dangerous position thanks solely to doing her job, and the synopsis below via NBC offers up some further details:
“While responding to a call involving a victim incapacitated with a leg wound, Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer) witnesses a murder and is threatened by the shooter not to go to the police. Unsure of what to do, she tries to track down Antonio (guest star Jon Seda) from Chicago PD. Elsewhere, Firehouse 51 jumps into action when a fire breaks out inside a restaurant, trapping several people inside a vault. Meanwhile, with his wedding day to Trudy (guest star Amy Morton) fast approaching, a nervous Mouch (Christian Stolte) starts to get cold feet.”
Now that we’ve already teased the Brett story, can we all now sit down for a minute and cross our fingers that nothing stops Mouch and Trudy from getting married? We’ve had enough of relationships not working out on this franchise already!
