Is ‘Criminal Minds’ season 11, episode 15 new tonight on CBS? Schedule ahead
Tonight is a big night for CBS … but not because there’s a new episode of “Criminal Minds” on the air.
Rather, the network is plotting out a very different course for tonight’s programming thanks to “Survivor: Kaoh Rong” having a 90-minute premiere. They want to keep their 10:00 p.m. Eastern timeslot the same with “Code Black” coming on the air, so they are going to air a repeat of “The Big Bang Theory” as a little bit of a time-filler in there. We don’t blame them for that given the sitcom’s history of drawing big ratings.
Also, as a big-time “Survivor” fan we’re never going to complain about the show getting a 90-minute premiere.
If you enjoy “Criminal Minds,” you shouldn’t be too annoyed about not getting a new episode tonight, mostly because it’s not like this is taking one away from the season. You’re still going to have one coming next week, and then following that in early March you will have “Derek.” We’re not going to spoil anything that happens over the course of this hour here, but we would strongly suggest that you either watch this episode live or stay off of social media if you’re afraid of spoilers. Given the show’s history with naming episodes after its major characters, we imagine that this is going to be an important hour of TV.
As soon as we’ve got some more insight into “Derek” and everything else this season, we’ll have it for you here! Given where we are right now in the season we expect quite a few new episodes over the coming weeks.
