‘Suits’ season 5, episode 13 preview: Is Rachel getting arrested?

To say that Wednesday night’s new episode of “Suits” was stunning would be making one of the biggest understatements of all time. After all, we finally learned the truth about who sold out Mike Ross, and also just how much trouble Pearson Specter Litt is truly in now in the wake of all that has transpired.

“God’s Green Earth” is the title for the next new episode, and the synopsis below offers up at least a reasonably good sense of what you can expect to see:

“With time running out before Mike’s case goes to trial, Harvey and Mike are at odds over their strategy, and just what lengths they’ll go to in order to defeat Gibbs.”

What made tonight’s episode so brilliant was that it set up the story as one having two separate culprits. First, it was Sheila who was the anonymous tipster, one who eventually came forward. Then, it was Gretchen … or actually she was the person who made the move first. Gretchen prepared a piece that Sheila saw, which helped to start to set off the chain of events. Thanks to all that, we are now facing the potential of Mike’s case heading to trial, and everyone starting to fall apart as a result of that.

The promo below basically shows how everything is going from bad to worse quickly, especially when it comes to Rachel of all people getting arrested! Clearly, Gibbs has found a way to go after yet another person in Mike’s inner circle, and this may force him to confess.
