‘How to Get Away with Murder’ season 2 spoilers: Flashing back to Annalise’s past

In one way or another, time jumps have been a key component in “How to Get Away with Murder” and its run on ABC. We’ve jumped forward at times and seen a variety of different events before they happen, mostly recently with Annalise being shot. It took us until the winter finale before we learned that it was Wes who pulled the trigger.

Moving into the second part of the season, it seems that, at the very least, we could be seeing flashbacks to take us to a very particular time in Annalise’s life. The synopsis for the upcoming February 18 installment entitled “She Hates Us” give you a pretty good idea of just what could be coming up:

“Tensions in the Keating household run high, as each student struggles in their own way trying to return to normalcy. In a flashback, we’ll learn new details about Annalise’s past.”

Over the course of this episode, we imagine that there will be many interesting revelations, and we’re excited to see what many of them are. From the outside looking in, our assumption is that many of these said revelations are going to be in regards to Annalise’s history with Wes, mostly because that is what almost everyone is waiting to get some answers for at the moment. As for whether or not we’ll get all of them in this episode, we doubt it. There are six installments in the second half of the season, so why in the world would the producers feel the need to rush?
