‘Supergirl’ episode 13 preview: ‘For The Girl Who Has Everything’

Supergirl -Supergirl” has only been on for a few weeks, and a result of that there has only been so much time for the show to pay homage to some of the classic stuff that came before it. However, the show will be doing just that for their upcoming February 8 installment entitled “For the Girl Who Has Everything.” This is a reference to a classic Alan Moore Superman story, and the episode itself will be the show’s twist on some of that story.

The photo above certainly shows Kara Zor-El in a somewhat-unfamiliar locale, and you can get some other information all about it in the synopsis below:

“Kara’s friends must find a way to save her life when a parasitic alien attaches itself to her and traps her in a dream world where her family is alive and her home planet was never destroyed. Also, Alex, Hank and the DEO must fend off a Kryptonian attack while Kara is out of commission.”

There is one other interesting thing that we should point on logistically here about this episode: Had “Supergirl” not been picked up for a full season, this could have been the finale. We’re not sure if this would have still been planned for the finale in the event this had turned out to be the case, but that is at least something to consider and to keep in mind when you’re watching it. This is why many 13th episodes for many shows in their first year have a tendency to be extra-special.
