‘Shameless’ season 6, episode 4 preview: Can Fiona and company buy the house?

The sixth season of “Shameless” is going strong, and there is going to be both some important and touching moments coming on Sunday night’s new episode.

There are some sneak peeks that you can see for the show over on Showtime’s official YouTube channel, but we thought we’d provide for you here a written version of some of the events that transpire there in the event you’re not really in a place where you can watch videos.

1. Is Fiona really going to be capable of buying a house with the help of her siblings? This is something that is discussed, as the Gallaghers try to determine whether or not they can get a bank loan, and actually own a home for the first time ever as opposed to just renting it from someone else. If it were to happen, it’d be an interesting proposition for them … but that’s a big “if,” since nothing ever goes right for this family.

2. Frank is going to be there with Debbie for an ultrasound, but he’s not going to be very focused on this key moment in her life. Instead, he gives her a barrage of “advice” as to what she should do in order to get her life on track, including finding an older man who will be willing to pay for everything. There is a sweet moment coming when Debbie sees her child for the first time, but there’s a lot of chaos that comes before it.
