‘Finding Carter’ season 2, episode 18 preview: Are matters between Taylor, Max getting complicated?
There is one thing pretty defiantly that all “Finding Carter” fans should really know at this particular point in time: If you are in a relationship, there is a pretty good chance that you will not be in said relationship for very long.
What we do find so interesting right now about the story with Taylor is that it is a little different than others on teen drama series. We liked the fact that Taylor told Max about Gabe’s feelings for her, mostly because teen dramas are constantly inundated with everyone constantly keeping secrets from one another. After a while, this can be somewhat frustrating to deal with.
With that in mind, it’s unfortunate that Taylor seemed to want Gabe to keep hidden what happened during the school visit, which to us means that there is a certain something she is worried about. Our guess is that she thinks that Max will think that something happened between the two thanks to him coming to her defense. We do think that there was a lot of bonding, but at the same time bonding does not actually equal having any sort of romantic involvement.
In the end, the Gabe / Taylor / Max story simply is one to watch with this show, and it is far from the only one. We’d also strongly advise that everyone out there take a minute or two to focus on the wide array of things that could go wrong with Carter and Jared now that they are more than a couple … and now that there are (once again) secrets being kept.

I said this last week on here, I don’t understand the Gabe-Taylor-Max thing for a simple reason. They just put Max and Taylor together, if the plan was for her to get with Gabe which is clearly where they are going why put them back together in the first place. That is what is so frustrating about the writing on this show. From the very moment they put Max and Taylor back together they have hinted at breaking them up and now they are at the point that they are going to do it. It doesn’t make sense as Taylor for the whole show has shown her feelings have always been for Max, this Gabe storyline feels forced and that is why I think its bad.
