‘The X Factor’ UK spoilers: Mason Noise will reportedly return after Tom Bleasby’s exit

The latest news -

Yesterday, there was some big news that rocked many fans of “The X Factor,” as contestant Tom Bleasby decided that he was simply not ready to take part in the show after singing his way to judges’ houses. As a result of that, there were almost immediately rumors surrounding what his future could be, including whether or not controversial contestant Mason Noise would return after being booted for attitude reasons during the Six-Chair Challenge.

Well, the verdict now seems to be in … and it looks as though Mason could be coming back. As first reported by The Sun, Mason is being brought in to replace Bleasby for the next phase of the competition, which will feature Nick Grimshaw and his contestants in an exotic location (most likely), performing songs to secure them a spot in the next round.

In the end, we don’t think that this return will do much other than give a little more attention to the show. The aforementioned source claims that maybe in other years the show wouldn’t make such a move intentionally for ratings, but let’s be real here: Wouldn’t they? This seems almost exactly like the sort of move this show would make the vast majority of the time.

We still have a hard time imagining a situation, though, where Mason makes the live shows. He’s incredibly talented, but right now Josh Daniel, Simon Lynch, and Seann Miley Moore seem to have the inside track. Maybe he has more of a chance if there is a wild-card and someone other than Simon Cowell is picking for Nick’s team.
