‘NCIS’ season 13 spoilers: Key story for Pauley Perrette’s Abby; Tony Gonzalez returns
Talk about serendipity! It was only a matter of days ago that we were first making our declarations clear regarding our hope to see more Abby on “NCIS” this season, and it just so turns out that the upcoming October 20 episode (the fifth one for season 13) is going to place her right in the spotlight.
Pauley Perrette looks to have some great material per the synopsis below, mostly because she is going to find herself in a hostage situation, and one where she may be forced to take action. It also makes it clear that Tony Gonzalez is going to be appearing for the second straight season as Tony Francis, continuing the CBS tradition of promoting Thursday Night Football on other properties:
“While visiting a pharmaceutical lab on a murder case, Abby is trapped with no communication to the outside world after armed men take over the building and hold everyone hostage, on NCIS, Tuesday, Oct. 20 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Tony Gonzalez, former NFL player and studio analyst for THE NFL TODAY on the Network and contributor for THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL, guest stars as NCIS Special Agent Tony Francis.”
The only criticism that we could offer this synopsis is that we don’t have any news on the show’s B-story, but with an A-story that puts one of the main characters in an unusual situation, what more do you really need? We’ll give you some more news about this episode as they start to come out.
