‘The Walking Dead’ season 6 spoilers: A little bit of everything in season premiere

The season 6 premiere of “The Walking Dead” is coming aboard on Sunday night, and there are a variety of different things that you can expect to see. Above all, though, you better prepare for chaos to be the name of the game. This is going to be a violent, intense episode coming up, and it is something we’re looking rather forward to discussing more at length in the months ahead.

For now, let’s just talk about how the first episode is going to be extremely dangerous … and personal … and thought-provoking. It will be a hodgepodge of everything you love about the show, which is clearly a smart move to get people excited yet again about what is coming up. In speaking on the subject of the first episode to TVLine, executive producer Scott M. Gimple made it clear everything that the show will be throwing at the wall:

“I believe that the Season 6 premiere gives Walking Dead fans everything … It starts off with some of the highest intensity that we’ve ever seen on the show, and then gets contemplative very quickly. And then boom, it’s right back to that insanity and intensity. And it sort of follows that trail throughout the episode.”

The show this season is going to contain a variety of different elements that you see in the premiere and then some. Among the one that we are looking forward to the most is the direct follow-up to the episode “Clear,” which is going to give us a full sense of the timeline for Morgan in between where we saw him during the some of the scenes in that episode and where he was during season 5, slowly starting to track Rick down.
