Andy Cohen would ‘love’ a Brandi Glanville return to ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’
Brandi Glanville was many things during her time on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” but “dramatic” was certainly at the top of the list. She caused fights, made snide remarks like nobody’s business, and for the most part was a thorn in the side of at least one cast member a season (though to be honest, the number was typically higher than that).
When you really consider the full resume that she has with this show, we were admittedly rather stunned to hear that she would not be returning. In a nutshell, isn’t Brandi everything that you want from this show? It feels like the majority of the trailers and promos put out there are about some of the conflict more so than anything else. The unfortunate thing is that it seems almost like there is a larger issue here, and that is real discord that goes beyond some of the typical fighting on the set.
Speaking on Howard Stern’s radio show this week, Bravo guru Andy Cohen made it clear that at this point, nobody on the set really wants to work with her, and yet at the same time, he wants to bring her back. He claimed that he would never not cast someone because of how other people feel about them, so that of course does lead to a very pressing question: If this is the truth, then why not just go ahead and bring her back now? What’s stopping this if she wants to be back on the show?
Maybe what we’re in at the moment is a Brandi sabbatical, and at some point sooner or later, she will return. We’ll just have to wait and see how the ratings and the story fares on “Beverly Hills” moving forward.
