2015 MTV VMAs: Vanessa Hudgens, Amber Rose, Blac Chyna make red-carpet headlines

While we know that the MTV VMAs are a music show first and foremost, there is a ton of attention almost every year when it comes to the red-carpet pre-show. Everyone wants to see what certain celebrities are wearing, and the majority of the time, it is the controversial that draws the most headlines.

This certainly seemed to be the case Sunday night for Amber Rose and Blac Chyna, who showed up in a pair of outfits adorned with all of the insults and nasty remarks that they have been called over the years. It does bring to light all of the issues that are going on the internet with cyber-bullying, and this is certainly a platform to do that given all of the attention that it receives.

Interestingly, though, there’s someone else in Vanessa Hudgens who is trending on Twitter for completely different reasons: Her dress getting plenty of praise for it looking similar to that of a fairy princess (or at least this is the term being coined online). While the “High School Musical” star does still draw headlines, who knows? Maybe this is going to be a way for there to be even more attention thrown her way in the future.

We’ll see if there are any more highlights from the VMAs red carpet before the show airs at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, and we expect plenty of performances that are worthy of some discussion moving forward. Stay tuned for further news.
