‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ spoilers: First look at Lady Gaga in premiere episode

While things were under heavy lock and key for some time when it comes to “American Horror Story: Hotel,” that has started to change this week with a flurry of new information out there about the show (thanks in part to a new cover story on Entertainment Weekly).

For the sake of this particular article, though, we are actually speaking a little bit more about a photo of Lady Gaga that executive producer Ryan Murphy posted in a new image on Twitter (see below). What we know about this character is that she is referred to primarily as “The Countess,” and she has a particular disease that causes her to have a taste for human blood (it’s not vampirism). She is the owner of the hotel, and she and two of her lovers (played by Matt Bomer and Finn Wittrock) may choose to do whatever necessary in order to get what they want.

Odds are, you have seen that metal-looking glove in some promos for the show. That could be one of the Countess’ desired murder weapons. She’s going to be one of many creepy characters for this season, and trust us when we say that there are plenty of them. We’re trying to still figure out if there is a real hero here at all this time, since so many have a taste for doing terrible things.

The new season of “American Horror Story” will premiere on FX come Wednesday, October 7. We will have further updates coming in the near future.
