‘The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose’: Was there any Shawn Booth – Kaitlyn Bristowe wedding talk?

Before we wrap up our coverage of “The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose” tonight, there is one more thing to get to: Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth talking about their future! This is something that has been probably talked about by the happy couple a whole lot over the past few months … but they apparently don’t want us to know very much about it.

This was almost “The Nick Show,” since the segments of the couple together were incredibly short, and completely devoid of any real information about where they are headed and what they’ve been planning. All we heard really was that the two were excited to have a normal relationship where they could go to Starbucks together, and Shawn could actually defend his fiancee after everything that she has endured over the past several months. The two at least seem happy, and grateful to finally by public … even though she really did reveal it on accident earlier this season via Snapchat. It actually was not much of a surprise at all!

Anyhow, it’s possible that these two are going to have a long future together after the show is over, but it’s really hard to tell from this one special. The big issue these two could have is being from very different places and handling the distance factor (unless one of them is ready to make the move). Many other successful pairs had to figure some ways around that really quickly before it becomes a legit problem.

Will we see more of them at some point in the future? We suppose that it’s possible early next year that the two are going to be a part of the upcoming season of “The Bachelor” as we get an update on their lives. Hopefully it’ll be a good one. Our biggest critique of this season is that they never made Kaitlyn very accessible as a person. We don’t know what her life is like in Vancouver, much about her job, or how she plans to make this relationship work.
