‘Suits’ season 5 spoilers: Harvey squares off with a rival

As you would probably guess based on the direction of “Suits” season 5 so far, the conflict between Harvey and Louis is not going to be going away anytime soon. The distaste that these two have for each other first and foremost stems from the years of feuding that they have done; throwing Donna into the mix really is just putting kerosene on the fire and letting it nearly burn down the office.

We’ve got for you today some of the first details from the upcoming July 25 episode entitled “Toe to Toe,” and you can probably assume that this title is in part about Harvey’s relationship with Louis. However, it may also be about the arrival of a longtime rival of his named Travis Tanner, who appears on the opposite side of a case. Take a look at the attached synopsis:

“When Harvey’s bitter rival Travis Tanner turns up on the other side of a case, claiming to be a changed man, Harvey and Mike must decide whether to believe him – or bury him. As Harvey’s sessions with Dr. Agard continue, she links his personal stake in the Tanner fight to issues from his past. Meanwhile, Jessica tasks Louis to make things right with Harvey, and with Rachel and Donna’s help he devises a plan – one which could make an enemy of the formidable Jack Soloff.”

We’re pleased to see that Harvey is actually going to be staying in therapy for this long. Maybe this will mean that he will be able to get some sort of help that is actually long-lasting, and in turn help him to understand some of his feelings better.
